We love our products and we want you to love them. If you don’t, just send them back. It’s that simple.
Items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt for credit or refund (minus shipping cost).
If you ordered a wrong size and think about a return for this reason, please note: Sometimes it might be the better (cheaper & faster) solution to ask a local jeweler to do a size adjustment.
Items that have been worn or scratched will not be accepted.
Custom made products
Please note that we can not accept returns for custom made products. “Custom made products” includes products that have been ordered with a size adjustment or a gold plating and any other premium ring or item that is made to order (this is always mentioned in the items description and visible through a delivery time of 20 days or more). If you have any problems with a custom made product, please contact us, nevertheless. We will always try to find a solution for you – because we want you to love our products and our service.
To return a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, give us your order number and ask for a RA number (return authorization). Write this RA number on the shipment label or package you are returning. Return the items and the jewelry case (if you got any). For security reasons, do not write “jewelry” or likewise descriptions on the outside of the shipment. To guarantee receipt, require signature via the carrier of your choice in returning product.
If you do not follow these instructions, we might not receive your returned products in time.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We do not offer returns for custom orders of any kind.
